About Glovo
Glovo is a multicategory technology company that connects customers, companies, and messengers. It is the fastest growing tech company in Europe, West Asia and Africa.
The challenge
Glovo's Impact and Sustainability department aims to provide access to new training opportunities to the group of couriers who use the application, through access to an e-learning platform with soft skills-themed courses. The aim is improving their knowledge and gain access to new training pathways.
How have we done it?
COURSE CATALOG
Design of a catalog with microlearnings made by FoxizeCloud.
MULTI-LANGUAGE
Multi-language platform with a selection of courses depending on the country of origin.
INTEGRATIONS
Integration with Good Habitz, importing courses in SCORM format from its catalogue to G-Learning.
Internal training for employability
Using the Foxize Cloud LMS platform, a multi-language school has been developed with a selection of courses based on the country of origin. In addition to having the Good Habitz courses, information sessions on the use of the Glovo platform are also available by country.
Foxize has designed the course curriculum and curated content based on the following topics:

- Personal growth
With collaboration from Good Habitz, courses in SCORM format have been imported from their catalogue into G-Learning. There are more than 118 active courses, in 5 languages available right now: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, and Polish.
In addition, with the integration with Campster, a provider of e-learning courses specialized in gamification, courses on Personal Development, Programming, Business and Digital Analytics have been added to the catalogue.
Also thanks to Campster, the platform is available in Romanian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Bosnian, Georgian, and Croatian.
